Yummy Choco Peanut Buttery Vegan Banana Shake
This is a recipe for one of my favorite nighttime shakes. It’s Vegan, and though not entirely healthy for you, it is definitely better to drink then a shake from one of the fast food places.
Here is what you need.
Put all of this in a VITAMIX or your blender of choice. You can also do this in a food processor just add the ingredients slowly.
Two Frozen Bananas – peel bananas and break then into smaller pieces and freeze them the night before.
A few drop of Vanilla Extract
About a cup and a half of Vanilla flavored Almond Milk (you can use Soy, Hemp, or another nut milk).
Two heaping teaspoons of Almond Butter (You can use peanut butter but I like Almond Butter better)
A palm full of Vegan Chocolate Chips
Blend it for a few minutes and you will have a tasty vegan choco peanut buttery vegan banana shake that is delicious.

Your shake recipe above sounds fabulous, and I’m going to try it this week. Here’s my favorite Vegan shake, it makes a great, somewhat exotic dessert too:
Almond-Saffron Vegan Shake
Soak overnight and peel 8 almonds. Soak four or five threads of saffron for 1/2 hour in 5 ounces of milk (fat-free), Add some cardamom seeds from the inside of a small cardamom (green) and a half-cup of ice and blend well. Yum!
