The Breville 800ESXL is made from a heavy duty die-cast stainless steel outer part and has a 15-bar pump that is made in Italy. Inside boasts a unique Thermoblock heating system designed to maintain water at an optimal temperature of 204 degrees Farenheit. With the ability to hold such high temperature for a long period of time this machine is designed to handle heavy loads and many, many cups of coffee.

Before the espresso is brewed, the pump in the Breville 800esxl releases hot water into the filter head. As a result, the ground coffee is forced to increase in size and thus helps the extraction in the process.
