Exercise Your Way To A Variety Of Lunch Choices

I always post menus from different eateries around my computer workstation desk. I use a folder on my computer to retain restaurants online menus. The restaurants may not be within walking distance of my downtown office but they are within biking distance.

I love food! I have an appetite for savory dishes and appreciate the aroma of a special dish. I also like to stay healthy. Many people who work downtown find it difficult to exercise or eat with a one hour lunch period.

Parking is the biggest problem. Traffic is a genuine time thief. Unable to grab a decent workout or meal over an hour is frustrating. I have discovered the perfect resolution.

Every day I chain my hybrid two wheeler next to other diamondback bikes. There is a bike rack near the entrance to our workplace. I ride my bike to my favorite area bistros and cafes at lunch.

There are many private chefs that supply a different dish on a routine basis to the local bistros. I do not contend with bumper to bumper cars or waste time hunting for a parking space. I eat great and pedal away calories.

The health benefits also result in a more fitful appearance. The distance I can cover on my bike means a wider selection of lunch locations. This is an outstanding combination that fits into sixty minutes.

I do not have a basket on my bike so I use a backpack to carry items. It is perfect for any leftover food items. There is space to hold bottled drinks too. There are many lightweight models on the market.

I no longer feel sluggish in the afternoon. I am invigorated after a special meal and a solid restaurant ride on the bicycle. I eat better, look better, and feel better after burning off calories.

Our company is now offering additional bike racks and free bike locks to riders. They know that incentives work and healthier employees are better producers.

My sweat free plan allows me to make new friends, try new dishes, and eliminates stress. I am enjoying a higher level of health while saving gas and not worrying about downtown parking or crowded streets.

Remember to take responsible precautions to help law enforcement officials if your ride is stolen. You can print or email photos of your bike instantly from your computer, describe the private symbol etched on the frame, and use a quality chain lock.

    usually, I’m so busy at work that I order food for the office. But I try to order different food (or at least, different food combination) every day :)
